Damaged, defective, or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact orders@wildcardlayers.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, correction, or refund. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.
Production and shipping times
Standard apparel orders usually ship within 5 business days. This is production time; carrier transit time is additional. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the destination and order.
Custom designs and wrap projects have individual timelines based on design work, customer approval, materials, and installation scheduling. We will confirm your estimated timeline before work begins. Design revisions or changes to your project may affect that timeline. Wrap installation is scheduled separately.
