Information you provide
When you order, create an account, contact us, request a custom design or wrap, or sign up for emails, we collect the information you provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, order details, account information, messages, and design files. Please avoid sending sensitive information that is not needed for your project.
How we use information
We use this information to process payments and orders, arrange shipping or installation, communicate about projects and customer service, manage accounts and inventory, prevent fraud, and keep business and tax records. Email signup information is used to manage the mailing list and send the updates you request. You can request removal from marketing emails by contacting us.
Payments and shipping
Payments are processed through PayPal, including Venmo where offered. Information needed to process and support your payment, such as order totals and billing details, is shared with the payment provider. See PayPal’s privacy statement. We use USPS shipping services and share the destination and package information needed for shipping quotes and fulfillment.
Service providers and business tools
Our website uses WordPress and WooCommerce, hosted through Namecheap. We use Google Drive, Sheets, and Apps Script to organize designs, maintain inventory and order-linked stock records, and manage email signups. Information is handled through the service providers needed to operate these functions. Authorized store administrators can access the information needed to manage the business.
Cookies and fraud prevention
The website uses cookies and similar technologies for shopping-cart, account, login, and security functions. Your browser can control cookies, but blocking them may prevent parts of the store from working. Google reCAPTCHA helps protect checkout against automated abuse by analyzing technical and interaction information, which may include IP address, browser or device information, and activity on the protected page.
Comments and uploaded files
If you leave a comment or review, we collect its contents and associated identifying and technical information to display it and help detect spam. Public comments and reviews may be visible to other visitors. Avoid including private information in public submissions. Images can contain embedded location information, so remove that information before uploading files intended for public display.
Retention and your choices
The store does not currently apply an automatic deletion schedule to customer accounts and order records. Records may remain until manually reviewed or deleted. You may contact us to request access, correction, or deletion of your information. We may need to retain certain records for order fulfillment, accounting, taxes, fraud prevention, disputes, or other legal obligations. Marketing unsubscribe requests do not stop messages needed to service an existing order.
External services and policy updates
Links or embedded content from other websites may involve those providers’ own data practices. This policy may be updated as our services change. The current version will be available on this page.
